What goes on it
The filled-in example is a small design studio's rate card:
| Section | Example |
|---|---|
| Projects | Website up to 5 pages, from €6,500 |
| Fixed items | Social media pack (6 posts), €450 |
| Ongoing plans | Care, 10 hours a month, €800 |
| Hourly work | €85 an hour, 2 hours minimum |
| Terms | Prices exclude VAT; 40% deposit over €1,000 |
Three ways to show a price
- "From" prices for projects that vary in size. They set a floor without a promise.
- Fixed prices for repeatable items. They make small purchases easy.
- Monthly plans for ongoing work, linked to a retainer agreement.
Keep it to one page
A rate card is for scanning. If a service needs explaining, name it clearly and explain it in the quote instead.
Send it as a link
Share your rate card as a Snapy.host link and you get an email when a lead opens it, free. With Pro you see which of your leads opened it, a good sign of who to call first.
