These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Snapy ("Snapy", the "service"). By uploading a file or using the service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Snapy.
The service
Snapy lets you upload a document, page, or project, share it as an unlisted link, and see when it is opened and read.
An account with a verified email address is required to upload anything. You confirm your address once with a short code before your first link goes live. This applies to every file type, with no exceptions: Snapy does not accept anonymous uploads, and there is no way to publish on Snapy without an account that can be contacted and held responsible.
A link is unlisted rather than public. Snapy publishes no directory of uploaded content and offers no way to browse or search it, and hosted content is served with noindex by default. You may opt a single unprotected HTML page into search indexing if you want it found; everything else stays out. A link can also be restricted with a password, an email gate, view-only serving, an expiry date, or a single use.
The service is provided free of charge during this phase.
AI features and fair use
Some Snapy tools use third-party AI to generate content for you, such as the menu, schedule, and invitation makers. Because each generation has a real cost from the AI provider, AI generation is subject to fair-use daily limits rather than unlimited use. These limits keep the AI tools free to use and sustainable, and they may be adjusted over time. Hosting, sharing, and your file storage have their own fair-use limits and are not part of this AI fair-use limit.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Snapy only for lawful purposes and only for content you have the right to share. You must not upload or share:
- Illegal content of any kind.
- Malware, viruses, phishing pages, or anything designed to harm, deceive, or defraud.
- Content that infringes the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of anyone else.
- Hateful, harassing, or abusive material, or content that exploits or endangers others.
- Spam, or attempts to overload, probe, or disrupt the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share that content, and you grant Snapy the limited right to store, host, and serve it so your link works. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share.
Enforcement
Snapy may remove any content, disable any link, and restrict or close any account, device, or address at its discretion, especially where content appears to break these Terms or is reported as abusive. Because every upload is tied to a verified account, enforcement can be applied to the account behind a link and not only to the link itself. Snapy may also keep records needed to investigate abuse, including the account, time, and address an upload came from.
Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Links, files, and features may change, be limited, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. Do not rely on Snapy as your only copy of an important file.
No warranty
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Snapy is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Snapy and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Your use of Snapy is at your own risk.
Who operates Snapy, and how to reach a person
Snapy is operated from Punjab, India, and is reachable at [email protected] for any question about these Terms, an account, or a link.
Abuse reports, copyright notices, and deletion requests are handled at the same address and through the report abuse and deletion request pages. Every page Snapy serves carries a "Report this page" link, on every plan, which cannot be removed or paid to remove. Reports are reviewed and acted on rather than queued indefinitely; see the Acceptable Use & Content Moderation Policy for what is prohibited and what happens to an account that breaks the rules.
Termination
Snapy may suspend or end your access to the service at any time, including for any breach of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
