Pro is for one person. Team puts several people in one shared workspace: everyone gets everything in Pro, everyone sees the links the team sent and who opened them, alerts can go to the right teammate, and the team shares one logo, one custom domain and one bill.
$29 a month covers 3 people, the owner included. Each extra person is $9 a month, the same as one Pro account, up to 10 people. Yearly, it is $290 for 3 and $90 for each extra person.
Yes. The 7-day free trial lets you make a team and invite up to 2 people, so 3 in all. To keep the team going after the trial, or to add more people, the team needs the Team plan.
Nobody is removed and no link is deleted. Teammates go back to their own plan, and new team links and invites pause until the plan is renewed.
Links you made in your personal space stay yours. Links made inside the team stay with the team, so a client's proposal is never lost when someone moves on.
There is a 14-day refund. If Pro does not do what you needed in the first two weeks, ask and you get your money back.
On Pro, no. There is no cap on how many live links you hold. Storage is the real ceiling at 50 GB, and there is a fair-use limit of 20 new links an hour and 100 a day, which exists to stop abuse rather than to ration normal use.
They keep working, with their passwords, their expiry dates and their analytics. The free plan limits making a new link, and never touches one already shared.
No. A bundle is one link however many files are in it, so it uses one of your allowance either way.
Delete a link from your dashboard and the slot comes back. A link that reaches its expiry date frees its own.
