How you export depends on what the other person needs.
- For viewing, export your deck to PDF first, then upload the PDF. A PDF opens right inside the browser, so the reader sees every slide with no download and no special app. This is the smoothest option for clients, reviewers, or an audience.
- For editing, upload the original
.pptx,.key, or.odpfile. The reader downloads it and opens it in their own tool, with your slides intact.
