Send a PDF link, not a blind attachment
An emailed PDF tells you nothing. A Snapy.host PDF link tells you who opened it, when, how far they read, and whether they downloaded it.
Upload your PDF, share the link, and the analytics build themselves.
What you can see for each PDF
- Opens with time, country, and where the click came from.
- Time on each page, so you know which pages were actually read.
- Downloads, counted separately from views.
- Who opened it, when you turn on the optional email gate.
- Email alerts the moment it is opened.
How the page tracking works
When someone opens your link, the PDF loads in a clean in-browser viewer. As they scroll, Snapy notes which page is on screen and for how long. No plugin, no download required for the reader. You see the result as a simple time-per-page chart.
How to track a PDF
- Drop your PDF in the box above.
- Share the link in an email or message.
- Open your private analytics page to see opens, per-page time, and downloads.
Part of document tracking. Also useful for tracking a proposal or as a DocSend alternative.
