Anyone who gave an address to open one of your documents. Whether they opened it afterwards is matched by network, so it can miss somebody who switched devices — a blank there means “not seen”, not “did not read it”.
Mixed into the encryption key in your browser and never sent to Snapy. The link on its own stops being enough, so tell them the passphrase some other way — by voice, or in a different app. If they type it wrong, the secret is destroyed, so allow 2 opens if you use one.

Both are optional for the reader — they can leave them blank and still open the document. Anything they do give shows up in Leads.
